The Chair for Research on Exploited Aquatic Species (CREAE) was created to acquire a greater amount of knowledge on sport species for the purpose of sound wildlife resource management.
More specifically, CREAE aims to acquire new knowledge geared toward the development and optimization of fish stock management tools and to train specialists in the field of fisheries resource management.
